What are Armor Nights?
Cost-free boxing workouts open to the public held at:
TITLE Boxing Club Franklin Cool Springs
1550 W McEwen Dr Ste. #70, Franklin, TN 37067
What do the workouts consist of?
A mix of boxing technique, cardio and bodyweight strength training. It will vary every work out!
What do I need to bring?
Anything you have. If you have gloves , bring em’.
Same for wraps. If you have nothing, that’s okay too! Just come in wearing your workout clothes. Bring water/hydration, and maybe a towel because you’ll be sweating a lot.
Will there be food?
Yep, snacks at no cost. And you’ll have the opportunity to provide any food allergies in your registration!
Will I be working out alone?
Never. You’ll be put in a training group so you can train alongside your community!
Am I going to be punched by anyone?
Nope.
Can I bring friends?
Absolutely. We can encourage separate registrations so we can get to know everyone individually!
What’s the locker room situation?
TITLE does not have locker rooms but you will have access to restrooms connected through the office building next door. Shower space is quite limited so please plan on showering at your respective homes!
